  • All original packaging and tags must be included.

  • You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size or product are subject to availability.

  • If your desired item is out of stock, you may choose a different product, store credit, or request a refund.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.

  • Processing time is 2–4 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
